  • Domestic US Shipping (within the United States):

    Economy - 5 to 8 business days /  0lb–5lb : $5.00

    Economy - 5 to 8 business days /  5lb–70lbs : $6.50

    Standard - 3 to 4 business days / 1lb - 70lbs : $9.00

  • International Shipping (outside the United States): A flat rate of $25.00 applies to all international orders.

Shipping Times:

We use ground shipping services for all orders. Please note that shipping times are estimates and can vary depending on various factors, including your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

  • Domestic US Orders: On average, domestic ground shipping within the United States takes 5-8 business days for delivery. Remote areas or states like Alaska and Hawaii may experience slightly longer transit times.

  • International Orders: For international ground shipments, please allow 10-25 business days for delivery. This timeframe can be significantly impacted by customs processing in the destination country, which is beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by their local customs office. Shipping times vary by country and may be affected by local processing.

Order Processing:

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, widespread disruptions).
